Too many databases are not synchronized in companies
Too often the CRM is a database not synchronized with others. For example, for billing purposes, sales administration department has its own customer base, having its own codes, specific customer numbers, and so on. To avoid duplicates and the work involved in maintaining several databases, you can synchronize them, but be careful, not all CRMs can be synchronized. Compare the different CRMs to find those that can be synchronized with your existing tools.
